I’m Anastasia. I am an Executive Sales Troach (trainer & coach), specialising in improving sales performance, developing executive presence and driving business forward. Troaching is a term I came up with myself that defines my coaching and training style. Troaching = training + coaching. It means training-based coaching or coaching-based training. My approach is very pro-active, engaging and I have a ton of experience, top tips & techniques to share with you to help you achieve peak performance.

I focus on 1:1 sales coaching, in-house sales training and corporate coaching and I also run training events regularly.

Combining over 13 years of experience in hospitality, corporate sales and coaching, enables me to deliver outstanding results, be highly effective and take executive sales coaching and training to a whole new level. My unique skill set allows me to be the most effective and pro-active sales troach in the game. This is the difference that makes the difference.

I have a vast sales experience dealing with key corporate clients in the City / Canary Wharf and an in-depth understanding of sales environment.

I am a visiting lecturer at London School of Business & Finance delivering Business Development Techniques Course for Post Graduate Certificate Programme and I am a qualified cognitive-behavioural coach.
