Coaching aims to bring the best in people in order to help them facilitate change in their lives and achieve preferred outcome.
Coaching is a goal-directed, solution-focused activity where I will help you to identify your desired outcome and to facilitate the development of a change process, define specific actions that will move you closer to your goals.  Cognitive behavioural coaching can help to overcome practical problems and deal with emotional, psychological and behavioural blocks to performance and goal achievement.

Coaching is not consulting – I will not tell you what to do. I don’t have a magic potion either. You are your own expert and I will focus on helping you discover answers for yourself  – this process is also called guided discovery, tap into your inner strengths, design and implement solutions which will work for you.

I really enjoy working with self-actualising people who strive for personal growth, excellence and discovery that is present thought their lives.  Self-actualisers either already successful, or at the very least, have firmly decided to head that direction. People like this are ready to take it to the next level and only aim for gold. I am one of those people myself. I have self-coached my way up and I can certainly show you to become your own self-coach for life. This is what I call empowerment.

It’s OK if you don’t quite understand just yet how coaching process works or have doubts whether you can do it. I have enough energy, enthusiasm, drive and motivation for both of us, until you do too. If we decide to work together on your goal, I won’t let you off the hook until we achieve your desired results and you see a positive change.
